As followers of Jesus, we are seeking to fulfill the mission he has given us, which we express in three words: Glorify, Edify, and Multiply.
Glorify
The Victory Church of Christ exists to glorify God. We do this first by living well and by praising God’s name. We gather on a weekly basis is to praise the Lord who created us and gives us life to the full through Jesus Christ. Our regular meetings are at 535 East Locust Street, Geneseo at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday and 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. If you enjoy being with us as we glorify God in song and prayer, we would like to invite you to meet with one of our leaders about becoming a member of Victory.
Edify
The Victory Church of Christ also believes in building others up. This is what we mean by edify. All members strengthen the church by encouraging one another at various times when we come together for Bible study, fellowship, and prayer. Many people are involved in serving the members of the church in various ways. One example is our excellent youth group, which meets every week on Sunday at 6:00 PM to help our teens grow in faith and service. We also believe in building up our community by helping those who are in need. So, if you are need in any way, we want to help. Please let us know how we can.
Multiply
Finally, the Victory Church of Christ wants to grow. We are what we are because of a powerful and merciful God. We believe that every person wants and needs relationship with him, and we know that through Jesus Christ, God will help every person.
